(Macau).- This year, G2E Asia saw FutureLogic present their latest portfolio of innovative printing and couponing solutions with the PromoNet promotional couponing solution taking center stage.

By following the PromoNet Marketing Wizard, operators were able to create their own coupons and triggers, download these as a promotion to the nearby slots, and watch as their slot play ‘hit’ the preset triggers with the promotional coupon being issued into their outstretched hand – simple. Then by taking the coupon to one of FutureLogic’s touch-screen redemption terminals, players could redeem the coupon, print a receipt and receive another promotion to incentivize them to revisit the casino. In other words, the PromoNet solution offered an end-to-end promotional solution”.
Promotional couponing links marketing campaigns with desired slot player behavior via a tangible coupon which can be redeemed or kept for later use. Using FutureLogic’s stand-alone solution, operators can now reward their most valuable slot players in real-time, with promotional coupons, such as discount vouchers for use with food and beverages, entertainment or retail outlets. Because triggers are based on slot play, promotions can be directed to players who choose to remain anonymous or linked to membership of a Player Loyalty Club, giving ultimate flexibility to the operator. For example, one promotion could be designed to incentivize players to join the Player Club, another may incentivize high-limit players to shop in a particular store, and another could offer a free dinner on a return visit to someone who spends above a preset limit.
