Nowadays, which are the main trends that you observe in the industry?
Self service is a very powerful and inevitable trend. The only constraint to the deployment of new and innovative ways to enable a more automated process for exchange of goods, services and currency is the willingness of people to adapt. The technology and the logistical know-how is all in place to provide a far higher level of efficiency and convenience based on self-service methods of operation. However, you do not want to make the mistake that many people make by thinking that people won’t adapt. Everyone in the distribution business needs to think about how to integrate the powerful self-service trend into their operations and marketing strategies.
