For Winner Group-Cirsa, this acquisition allows a rapid growth and strengthening in the Colombian and Latin American market through a structured organization with a high-position in Colombia, such as Unidelca. This quick growth is achieved thanks to the fact that the two companies are complementary; each one has great experience in the offer of gaming and entertainment services to different market segments, and in different cities.
This way, the new Winner Group-Cirsa will quickly expand its customer base and the national coverage. Besides, it will consolidate as the leading casino operator in Colombia, bringing entertainment and fun to 23 cities in the country, and boosting the professionalization of gaming. It shows the confidence that Cirsa has, not only in the entertainment business, but also the great potential of the Latin American market.
How is Cirsa positioned in the region after this acquisition?
This acquisition creates the group with the best entertainment offer in the casino sector in the country, not only in the variety of table games and slots, promotional concepts, restaurants cafes, bars, musical shows and café concert, but also in the different Colombian market segments, achieving a significant growth of the sector and a market boost. Through this acquisition, Cirsa strengthens even more its leadership as the best casino operator in Latin America, with 29 traditional casinos and 89 online casinos. This merger will allow the consolidation of the most important organization of the casino sector in Colombia, covering 23 cities and a complete offer of entertainment services, with 17 traditional casinos and 53 online casinos, 6,500 games of chance machines, 250 table games and a staff comprised by 2,700 employees and more than 8 million visitors a year.

Which are the goals of the company in the short and medium term?
Winner Group-Cirsa has started the execution of a synergy plan and seeks, in the short-term, to choose the best processes and integrate them to improve the quality service and customer satisfaction. Besides, a program to pass the knowledge of Cirsa Corporation to the different processes will be initiated.
