What products did you decide to bring this year to Panama?
As we’ve been doing in the rest of Latin America, we are showcasing our new games of 50 and 100 lines and the new Slant Top cabinet. We are also positioning our second brand, BGM, for other types of markets.
Which is the position that you currently have in the Panamanian market?
We are opening the markets country by country. We still have to develop Panama. Around six months ago we installed our first machines here, and we want to start penetrating in this market strongly.
Which has been your performance in the first months of 2010? Which is the idea for the rest of the year?
It has been an excellent year for us up to now. We keep on consolidating our performance with our customers in Argentina, a very important market for us due to their professionalism. It is an excellent year for Mexico, because we have exceded the analysis planned in sales, and the teams are playing and collecting very well. This year we also arrived in Ecuador and we are in advanced negotiations with Peru. Besides, we always reaffirm the great acceptance we have in the Colombian market.
For the rest of 2010, we have many new proposals. We will seek to reaffirm Mexico, a country in which we entered with BGM recently with our second brand. We had started working a lot with the first brand, Belatra, however, BGM is causing much impact both in Mexico and Colombia. BGM proposes multi-games (of 4 or 8 games), and is collecting very well so we are very happy.
Besides, we are preparing for SAGSE Buenos Aires, an event in which we will present two new cabinets: one Upright and the other, Slant Top with double screen.
