How did the possibility of this incorporation emerge for Bally?
I was in a professional stage of my career in which I needed to increase my challenges, and the project that Bally proposed to me was something interesting for me. It was what I was looking for.

What are your responsibilities in this new position?
The fact of position the right product for the right market. I feel very comfortable with our products, which have the maturity, stability and reliability that every user expects to obtain in a system solution; all this added to the versatility that they have to adapt to the customer needs as well as the regulations.

Which are the main goals in this new professional challenge?
To turn Bally as the most reliable provider of systems in our region. We will be creating a business and a system support unit with base in Buenos Aires in order to provide services to the whole Latin America. Experience says that the long term relationship proposed for the whole agreement of provision of services of systems is based in the customer satisfaction, so the goal has to do with that.

In which Latin American countries will it focus?
I think there is much to do and there are many chances in the whole region. There are also regulations that are to be defined with regards to online systems and we have to be prepared in order to support and respond in due time and manner with our solutions.
