FutureLogic expands customer service and tech support across Asia Pacific region

A gaming industry veteran for over 30 years, Barry Cook will provide technical sales support and expertise on behalf of FutureLogic to OEMs and Casinos across the Asia Pacific region. Candy Tong, a Macau citizen and graduate in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, will head sales operations and logistics activities for FutureLogic Asia, headquartered in Macau.

The appointments of Barry and Candy in the Asia Pacific region are central to this strategy and will take our customer service and technical support to a new level,” commented John Edmunds, VP International Markets for FutureLogic.

The FutureLogic Asia team will be on-hand this week at G2E Asia, stand number 927. FutureLogic will also showcase its innovative printing and couponing solutions, including the PromoNet  promotional couponing solution, the GEN2 Universal printer and the Eclipse thermal printer, as well as the TableXchange printer/scanner, FutureLogic’s award-winning technology that brings TITO gaming to table games.
