AGI purchases Octavian assets

The purpose of this asset acquisition is to enable AGI to ensure by this initiative that former Octavian customers now have a truly viable alternative source of excellence-driven gaming solutions that is backed by the technical, financial and management of one of the world’s foremost gaming groups.
