Cirsa expands its activity in Colombia with the acquisition of Unidelca
Unidelca, with 25 years of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, closed 2009 with an operational benefit of more than 13 million euros.
Cirsa has pointed that, with the acquisition of the Colombian company, “it consolidates as the main gaming and entertainment company in the country,” with 17 brick and mortar casinos and 53 online casinos, as well as 250 table games and 6,500 games of chance machines.
Cirsa Gaming Group, headed by Manuel Lao, concluded 2009 with an operational benefit of 209 million euros, a 8.3 % more than the previous year.
Cirsa Gaming is part of Nortia Corporation and counts with 26 traditional casinos, 48 online casinos, 62,000 slots, 90 bingo halls, 190 gambling venues, 91 sportsbook centers and 926 video lottery terminals.
