Russian lottery operator Russkoye Loto wins Olympic tender

The company won the bid against seven competitors to produce and present the documentary within fourteen days after signing the contract with the Ministry.

The Russian Olympics authorities plan to launch twelve long-term lottery projects to support the Olympic Games 2014 preparations. Funding to be raised by the Lottery will be used by the Sochi 2014 organizers to build the venues and infrastructure necessary for the Games and to host the world-scale international event.

Russkoye Loto is the most recognizable popular lottery brand in Russia. Today the company operates a national draw lottery and thirteen national and regional instant lotteries and plans to launch 4 draw and 38 instant national lotteries in the nearest future. Its products are distributed across the Russian Federation through 300 000 points of sales, personal agents, own and partner networks.

Russkoye Loto is controlled by Oleg Boyko and is a part of Finstar Financial Group, the asset management company for real estate, retail, lottery, gaming and entertainment, financial services and basic commodities industries.
