Alsart Group takes part in the Russian Gaming Week (EELEX) 2010

RGW is devoted to the theme of development of the entertainment industry in the existing legislation of the CIS countries and the solving of the most urgent problems of gambling and entertainment business.

A lot of current key gambling and entertainment themes will be discussed during the forum like: creation and development of the game zones; the organization and operation of casinos in the gaming areas; legislation aspects of the regulation of gaming and lottery business; organization and conduction of lottery business, bookmaking (betting) business and stock exchanges; providing access to internet entertainment systems; technology of the internet casinos; gaming platforms; juridical protection of business and many others.

“Despite the difficult situation in gambling industry, it is a very important event for Russia and Ukraine. Ban of the gambling business in both countries clearly demonstrated that such an obviously political way of regulation is unconstructive. This ban gave rise to rampant shady business and, consequently, increased corruption”, commented Lyubov Loginova, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alsart Group.

“At the same time, the difficult conditions forced honest businessmen to search for the new forms of work, according to the current legislation. At RGW’2010 we want to tell about such forms of legal business to our clients and colleagues. Moreover, the authorities of Russia and Ukraine, obviously took into account the experience of the past year, and during the Russian Gaming Week 2010, we will discuss the results and (I hope, positive) perspectives of the adopted change in gambling legislation of both countries”, concluded Loginova.
