Which are your expectations and objectives for the upcoming FADJA edition?
FADJA will be an event that the actors of the industry should not miss, both due to the need to share experiences and the current situation, as well as to know all the novelties by the most successful brands worldwide, that are already focusing in Latin America. We will know how to respond. We are sure we will exceed the peak of 5,000 visitors. We expect to count with the presence of many dealers interested in investing in the industry, and satisfied exhibitors.

What novelties will the event present compared to previous editions?
The International Gaming Congress, CIJUEGO Colombia, bring two exhibitors that are “heavy weights” and that no doubt will give special splendor to the academic talk. Ángel Beccassino, an Argentinian-Colombian publicist, will speak on the topic Marketing for Casinos, with absolutely new and creative approaches. Besides, we will count with professor Cheryl Olson, executive director associated to the Institute for Advanced Studies in Gaming of the University of Nevada, Reno, who will talk on behalf of this institution. Twenty years ago, the institute decided to offer the opportunity to give a professional status to the studies related to casino administration, with a huge success. We have also innovated in services to the exhibitor and the visitors, creating a point of information and possibilities of participation for small and foreign companies that, for any reason, cannot move physically to Bogota.

How many exhibitors will be this year?
We count with 120 exhibitors.

Among the exhibitors, Has the show incorporated companies that will participate for the first time?
In 2010, traditional FADJA visitors took the decision to come to the event as exhibitors. Important brands such as Naipes de Heraclio Fournier S.A. (Spain), Alfombras Atlantis (Argentina), Microcorp Gaming (US), RF Games CCL (US), García & Camargo (Colombia), Site One (Colombia) and Taiwan Fulgent Enterprise Co (China) are some of the new exhibitors of the Andean event.

Have you reached any type of agreement with institutions or entities for the current edition? What do they consist of?
We have achieved to increase strategic commercial alliances with institutions that represent the local industry and the Andean region, for the improvement of services to exhibitors. We have also made alliances with international specialized media, even from Europe. Institutional agreements allow us to expand the session in a certain way to operators from the countries of the Andean Region, and, at a local level, it stregthens the communication between FADJA and the Colombian operators. They also allow the interaction with CIJUEGO. The commercial alliances mean an improvement in the offer and prices of the services needed by the exhibitor, from the tecnical aspect and the assembly of its stands, as well as in the support during their stay in Colombia with regards to interpreters, aerial and terrestrial transport and receptive tourism. With regards to the new media allied, of course they mean an expansion of the scope of action and influence of FADJA in the worldwide industry.
