New Regional Director of IT appointed for American Racing and Entertainment

Prior to joining American Racing and Entertainment, Candow served as the Director of IT for Cosmopolitan Resort Casino where he was a member of the management team which oversaw technology initiatives, including computing, telecommunications, audio visual and emerging digital technologies for the new four Billion Dollar Resort Facility in Las Vegas.

A veteran of the hospitality and gaming industries with over 25 years of technology experience, Candow has provided technology solutions for the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, Casino Niagara, Hilton Hotel chain, Park Place Entertainment, Boyd Gaming and Harvey's Casino Resort.

Candow has spoken at a number of industry events including Gaming Technology Summit, BrainShare and NetWorld+Interop and has successfully orchestrated several Multi-million dollar projects including casino openings, the implementation of the Hilton Technology Network, technology retrofits to the Waldorf-Astoria, Palmer House, Fontainebleau Resort, the GES Enterprise Network and Wireless Ambassador projects.
