New Elektroncek’s installations in Slovenia

It provides an upgrade that adds interest to the game and enhances the product thereby leading to improved returns to the venue. The products are fully certified at SIQ. At Kongo Hotel & Casino three products were installed: PID Star, PID Standalone Double Sided and       Pid Single connected with the existing monitors in the casino.

“PID” is a new product design which sits above the centre unit. It offers the player a thorough overview of statistical information about the last 200 games played on the machine. During the game the PID displays information such as Live video of the centre unit, Configurable display of the table name (the minimum and the maximum table bets) and Detailed statistics of the game results.

Žiga Kvas, Casino Manager at Kongo Hotel & Casino, explained: “In Kongo we decided to install PIDs mainly to increase the visibility of the electro-mechanical roulettes on the floor of the casino, and to provide detailed statistics of the games in progress, thereby allowing increased transparency for players. Important emphasis is to attract players to the electro-mechanical roulettes, both existing roulette players and those who normally play slot machines. At the same time PIDs improve the player’s knowledge of the game and provides statistical data to hold the player’s interest.”

“Since installing the PIDs we have already seen increased player traffic on the electromechanical roulettes through higher coin in and occupancy and of course improved profit. Our observation and feedback from the players shows that the new products in our casino have been very well accepted with lots of enthusiasm mainly because they allow players a faster and more detailed overview of the game.”
