Alberto Loaiza, Thunderbird Resorts VP Operations Latin America, spent three days with David Charnock, TCS John Huxley's VP Sales for Central and South America, at the Copag Factory in Manaus, Brazil. The time was well spent visiting the local area and undertaking a complete tour of Copag's installations.
Alberto Loaiza was extremely impressed with what he saw and commented, "The Copag operation is extremely well organised and the visit to the factory made me feel even more comfortable with the decision to work with TCS John Huxley and Copag on the corporate purchase of cards for the Thunderbird organisation." He continued, "The whole agreement offers excellent service, quality and very favourable terms for us as an organisation, which is why we made the decision. My intention is to roll out further within our group with this great deal."
Positively adding to his comments, Loaiza came up with some additional recommendations which he believes could even further assist with the development of the Copag product. These include the installation of a security camera in the quality control department to replicate the view a casino surveillance manager would have when looking at cards from the security office. Copag have taken this very constructive comment on board and intend to implement it in the future.
He concluded "I had a great few days and was treated extremely well by both Marta Mateus, (Copag's International Business Director) and David and we look forward to a long mutually beneficial working relationship together"
