The document of conditions for the tender establishes that the aim is to “hire the provision, implementation, installation and maintenance of an integral service that allows the development of games on mobile phones and the service of capture of betting via cell phone vía cellular phone, in the modalities of SMS, WAP and mobile Internet,” according to the Entre Ríos news agency.

The payment of the games and bets will have to be performed through the purchase of a pre-paid card.
