Beginning with the release of Terminator Salvation Arcade, and for the next three years, Raw Thrills' coin-op games will ship equipped-standard with MEI Series 2000 Bill Validators.
“Every time a customer’s dollar bill is rejected, revenue is lost,” said Andrew Eloff, vice president of Raw Thrills. “We made the switch to MEI validators because they offer operators the most value and the highest return on investment.”
Raw Thrills has begun shipping new machines featuring MEI validators. “While we have changed our selection of payment systems, our route to market remains with Betson Enterprises,” said Eloff. Betson is an authorized MEI distributor and premier service center.
Chris Felix, MEI’s national amusement OEM manager said, “We are excited and honored to be awarded exclusivity on all Raw Thrills machines. Raw Thrills creates some of the most profitable games in the industry, and this agreement demonstrates their commitment to providing games that maximize operator revenue.”
MEI’s portfolio of products offered to the amusement industry is unmatched and provides operators with the right solution for their location needs. MEI validators feature more than 98 percent acceptance rate, the highest in the industry. With nearly three million Series 2000 manufactured, all MEI bill validators are designed to accept wet, torn and street condition bills without jamming. Fewer jams and higher acceptance means lower service costs and higher profits to the operator.
