Quintet of new releases for Microgaming

Hellboy is based on the hit comic book character of the same name created by Mike Mignola and Dark Horse Comics and features five high paying symbols depicted by individuals from the 2004 blockbuster film and its 2008 sequel.

Microgaming revealed that Hellboy also features the SuperMode Bonus, which offers up to three held wilds that are randomly triggered. Three or more scatter symbols landing anywhere on the reels will trigger the four-level bonus feature where players choose a tunnel to gain bonus rewards and advance to the next level. However, players need to avoid collapsing the tunnels as this will end the bonus while they can also further double or quadruple any winnings with a gamble feature.

Microgaming’s second new title, Age Of Discovery, is a five-reel and 25-payline video slot featuring wild and scatter symbols along with an exciting bonus feature. The game transports players back to a time when explorers sailed across uncharted oceans using only the stars and rudimentary maps as a guide. Players that locate three, four or five scatter symbols trigger the bonus game while even more treasure is up for grabs through the new title’s wild feature.

The third new game, Dogfather, is five-reel video slot with a mean mafia dog theme. The game comprises two scatters and a wild symbol, which substitutes for all others except the scatters, while a range of heinous hounds act as the symbols along with hydrants, fleas and mutt mafia memorabilia. Players that collect three or more flea symbols scattered on the reels will trigger 13 re-triggering free spins during which all wins are tripled. Three, four or five hydrants scattered on any reel in any position will trigger the Mark Your Territory bonus where players can pick four fire hydrants to reveal additional prizes.

Microgaming’s Thor Blimey! is a three-reel and five-payline fruit-style machine with a theme based around burly bearded Vikings. There are also thunderous hammers, Norse maidens, longboats and flagons of ale alongside a turbo gamble option. The game also features the well-known nudge variants of gamble and repeat alongside the nudge bank holds.

The final new bingo side game from Microgaming is Premier Blackjack, which offers players a choice of tables, rules, cards and speeds to put them in total control. There is also an auto-play feature alongside configurable strategy tips to keep the player fully in control.
