Chilean casinos report the state of their operations and damages
Viña del Mar complex suffered minor damage in equipment, but the spa swimming pool had filtration problems that affected several bedrooms, but there wouldn’t be evident structural damages. All the facilities of the hotel will start operating on March 4th.
The casino in Colchagua does not present major damages, although the company stated: “The community is very affected, both emotionally and physically, so we expect the casino and the city to be able to recommence our operation normally.”
Pucón casino only suffered minor damage in the roof and equipment, and due to evacuation. Both the hotel and the casino are operating since Sunday. An important financial impact is not expected.
