Isle of Capri reported revenue of $227 million for the third quarter, down 25 percent from us$ 301.8 million in the prior-year period.
“The ongoing pressure the macroeconomic environment is placing on our markets has negatively impacted our revenues,” Chairman and Chief Executive James Perry said in a statement.
“Overall, as we are bumping along the bottom of this economic cycle, we continue to generate free cash flow while managing with a solid operating plan and an eye towards increased future profitability,” Perry added.
Creve Coeur-based Isle of Capri Casinos owns and operates riverboat, dockside and land-based casinos at 14 locations in Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, Colorado, Iowa and Florida.
