The academic rounds will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. so that participants can go to the Andean Gaming Trade Show in Corferias to visit its showrooms and make business contacts from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m.
“This year the International Gaming Congress in Colombia acquires particular importance, by assisting to this ideal setting to analyze and debate the present and future of the national gaming industry. The organizing committee, headed by FECEAZAR, is working in the construction of a detailed academic agenda and the topics that spin around the last decrees issued by the National Government with the so called ‘Social Emergency’ and Etesa’s ‘Resolution 0059’, will find a space in CIJUEGO,” expressed Baltazar Medina, President of the Colombian Federation of Gaming Entrepreneurs.
On the other hand, Jose Anibal Aguirre, General Director of the Andean Gaming Trade Show, stated that “FADJA has always opened its doors to the institutional actors to share important topics of common interest in the Colombian juridical frame. In 2010, we will hold a spectacular business event in Latin America on the dates we have announced. After talking about the current situation with the Founding Committee of FADJA Exhibitors, we concluded that the recent measures respond to a process of legal and market re-accommodation, which mean an improvement of the industry in a very important country within the objective of the fair; the Andean Region”.
