In preparing the innovation, Sazka, which operates the lottery, was inspired by the boost in popularity that the irregularly offered summer and winter Sportka premiums had enjoyed among players. Unlike the premiums, the Superjackpot will be available in every drawing session, at a variable amount, which will depend on the amount of stakes accepted; however, winning this prize will be possible under more favourable terms.
The first time that the Superjackpot will be offered is the drawing session of 17 February. The Superjackpot constitutes a higher of the jackpots in the first or second draw, increased by a bonus, which depends on the amount of stakes accepted. Winning the Superjackpot will be possible in every Wednesday and Sunday drawing session; if not won, the bonus amount will be rolled over into a very next draw.
The bonus is the same for both draws, and thus it can even be won by winners in the draw with a lower jackpot. The chance of winning the Superjackpot and the bonus – just like the chance of winning the premium in the past – will be available to all players whose playslips will have all the ten play boards filled in or to players who will place a system bet on 8-15 numbers including the Šance (Chance) option.
It will be won by a player who will match all the six numbers in the draw with a higher jackpot and the last number in the player’s playslip will be identical to the last number drawn in the Šance option. The winning of the premium was based on the last two digits, and thus the terms of the Superjackpot are more player-friendly. The price of the wager as well as the terms of winning the prizes in other tiers remain unchanged.
Remarkably, the terms of the bonus were met, for example, during the Sportka drawing session last February 3, when the winner of the jackpot of us$ 887,085 matched all the six numbers in the second draw and the last number in his or her playslip was identical to the last number drawn in the Šance option.
