Enjoy acquires the 70% of the casino in Rinconada de Los Andes, Chile

The development plan considered for this project, that will become one of the main plans for Enjoy, includes a casino with at least 1,200 slots, 40 table games, 200 bingo places, a five-star hotel with 120 rooms, 3 restaurants, bars, spa, gym, swimming pools, a convention center and parking space for 2,000 cars.

The total investment of the project is calculated in us$ 130 million, including the modifications that will be performed to adapt the project to Enjoy standards. Casino de Rinconada is located a few minutes from the North-Eastern sector of the capital,
adjacent to Huechuraba council.

Enjoy General Manager, Javier Martínez, said that this acquisition “will generate important synergies with the rest of the operations of the company and will allow us to bring Enjoy customers, especially those from Santiago and around, a faster access to our offer, which means, more benefits”.

The acquisition complements Enjoy operations in Chile, in Antofagasta, Coquimbo, Viña del Mar, Santa Cruz, Pucón and Puerto Varas, on top of Mendoza, and allows to expand the average deadline of its licenses. The final price of the operation is subject to a process of due dilligence that will conclude next March 31st.
