CryptoLogic selects Realex as payment service provider

(UK).- European company Realex Payments has signed a three-year deal with CryptoLogic Limited that will see it support the online casino games developer’s card processing requirements across its increasing customer base.

Realex was founded in 2000 by entrepreneur Colm Lyon and has offices in London and Dublin looking after over 3,500 clients across Europe including The AA, Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone and Aer Lingus as well as a number of major online gaming sites including PartyPoker.com.

Dublin-based CryptoLogic revealed that it needed to expand its payment processing capabilities as a result of continued growth and selected Realex to provide increased functionality and additional capacity. The deal will see Realex supply payment processing for CryptoLogic across a variety of currencies, regions and card types, acting as a gateway service for its card acquiring partners.

“Although we had a very tight deadline and an extensive wish list of specific requirements, Realex was able to implement the solution quickly and efficiently, meeting our demands in the timeframe required,” said Kieron Nolan, Director Of Treasury for CryptoLogic.
