(US).- The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s all-suite HRH Tower welcomed its first guests this week. The new tower includes 359 "standard" suites, seven penthouses and eight spa villas with direct access to Hard Rock’s new pool area set to open in the spring.

The news media were allowed inside the towers Monday. Hard Rock executives have said they will target luxury-seeking guest with the new suites. The HRH Tower will offer a separate entrance and guest check-in area.

The HRH Tower is part of the Hard Rock’s us$ 750 million expansion project that the hotel broke ground on in 2007. After completion during the first half of 2010, the project will have added a new pool, nightclub, restaurants and spa, as well as expanded convention facilities, an additional 2,787 sqm of casino space, the newly remodeled Joint and about 860 rooms.
