This is the latest international expansion by Victor Chandler. It was one of the first bookmakers to move offshore, setting up in Gibraltar in 1999 and in the Far East in the early 1990s. “We are naturally excited about this opportunity,” said Michael Carlton, CEO for Victor Chandler.
