“Until when will we allow illegal casinos? Are we scared? I ordered again that these cases should be revised. Is this a casino country, then? Is this part of socialism?”, the president wondered, and asked the corresponding authorities to intervene on the matter as soon as possible.
Chávez assured that many representatives and officers renewed the licenses to these centres despite the petition to close them. “When I see those things, I think of Bolivar phrase: “What can a man do against the world?”.
Besides, the President told authorities to investigate night clubs that sell drugs. “These sites have to be closed and their owners should go to jail”, he added.
