Regulated Betting and Game Commission of Galicia approved
The new decree comes out because of the need to adapt the composition of the the Betting and Game Commission to the new structure of the Government of Galicia. The decree states that the Betting and Game Commission is an assessment authority for the advice and coordination of activities related to gambling and betting in this region.
The composition of the Betting and Game Commission of Galicia shall consist of a Chairman, who shall be a governing authority of Ministry with jurisdiction over gaming and gambling, a Vice-President, members who are representatives of the Casino Business Associations (1 person), Business Associations of Bingo (1 person) and another one on behalf of Gaming Machines Business Associations.
Among many others, the functions of the Betting and Game Commission will be to regulate all issues concerning to gambling and betting, including gaming planning measures.
