International Association of Gaming Advisors announced 2010 officers

(US).- Nonprofit professional corporation dedicated to the study and development of gaming law, International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA), announced new officers for 2010.

Paul S. West, a Member of McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been elected President; Gavin Isaacs, Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies, Inc., Las Vegas, Nevada, has been elected Vice President; Marc Rubinstein, Senior Vice President – Law and Administration & Secretary of Tropicana Entertainment, Las Vegas, Nevada, has been elected Secretary; Julian Harris, Managing Partner of Harris Hagan, London, has been elected Treasurer; and Thomas B. Shepherd, III, a Shareholder of Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, PA, Jackson, Mississippi, has been elected General Counsel.  Former Nevada Governor Bob Miller, a principal of Dutko Worldwide, served as President in 2009.

This esteemed group of officers will be responsible for driving a number of initiatives in 2010, including IAGA’s annual joint conference – the 2010 IAGA / IAGR International Gaming Conference – with its sister organization the International Association of Gaming Regulators.
