Codere's business is structured in five areas: gaming machines, including the operation of more than 53,500 fruit, arcade and slot machines worldwide; bingo halls, operating more than 130 bingo halls located in Argentina, Colombia, Spain, Italy and Mexico; betting shops, comprising a network of facilities equipped for the sports betting activity; casinos, managing five casinos located in Colombia and Panama, and racetracks, operating three racetracks: Maronas National Racetrack in Uruguay, Presidente Remon Racetrack in Panama and Las Americas Racetrack in Mexico.
The company owns such subsidiaries as Codere Espana SLU, Codere Internacional SLU, Codere Technology Network LLC, Codere Finance Luxembourg SA and Iberargen SA, among others.
