MEI wins “Most Effective Customer Support Award” at BEGE Expo 2009

“MEI takes tremendous pride in both our products and service. This award is something our whole team can share – providing superior customer service is a reflection of our entire organization,” Greenawalt added. “Service encompasses so many functions. Those responsible are both visible to the customer and working diligently behind the scenes: highly trained customer service associates, responsive technical support, logistics experts, quality and manufacturing are all part of a larger equation. This award will only drive us to perform better and our goal remains to continue exceeding our customers ‘expectations.”

It was the second time the organizers of BEGE expo gave their Awards to people and companies with special merit in the gaming industry. BEGE Awards categories were selected by a group of industry experts and operators who participated in a survey.

The judging panel considered all submitted entries and after evaluation of the companies, services and new products. It included leading professionals and experts in the Gaming and Entertainment Industry, representatives from the tourist and branch organizations in the field, journalists, and representatives from the main sponsors of the event. Winners were selected by many criteria, including innovation, originality, as well as operator and player benefits. The official ceremony took place on the second day of BEGE & EEGS 2009 in Palms Merkur Casino, in Best Western hotel, Sofia.
