With 9 exhibitors, 12 strategic conference session and 3 evening networking events, iGB España certainly exceeded expectations as Alex Pratt, Head of iGB Affiliate explains, “With the iGaming market in Spain being the ‘one to watch’ at the moment, we set this event up to help aid established and new affiliates take advantage of the opportunities that the Spanish markets have to offer.”

“However, we were just bowled over by the number of registrations we received in the weeks leading up to the event and with new registrations on the day too”. Alex Pratt continued: “Following the success of this first dual language event, we are will definitely be returning to Madrid next year to build on this achievement by expanding the conference content, providing more interaction with roundtable discussions and introducing new networking opportunities”.

The event launched with welcome drinks the evening before, hosted by Bet24.com at the exclusive MOMA Bar, which proved to be a great introduction and provide that first networking opportunity. The opening day of the conference then unveiled some really eye-opening content with Leo Margets, Spanish top female poker player, guest starring in the Poker Market Analysis panel. The panel on Payment Methods also presented some interesting points led by industry experts from Click and Buy, Paysafe Card and Ukash.

CantaBingo.com continued the nocturnal activities by organising an action packed evening at Sol y Sombre with a midnight prize draw, star DJ and a multitude of free drinks. The second day started with the SEO Surgery which certainly proved popular with top gurus Ismael El-Quidsi from Havas Media, Javier Casares from Kisslab.com and Miguel Orense from Kanvas Media analysing the audience’s sites and giving advice on how to increase Google rankings.

Francisco Miguel Narváez Machón, aka “Kiko”, former Atlético de Madrid player and face of BetClic then made an appearance to chat to the delegates and sign autographs, whilst Leo Margets hosted a poker tournament providing great highlights for the final day 888.com continued their long running sponsorship of iGB networking parties and didn’t disappoint as they hosted the iGB España closing party at MOMA 56, providing a fantastic finale to what was a very successful event for all involved.

The iGB Event Team have certainly proven themselves able to exceed expectations with this unique and dedicated event, so let’s hope they return next year with an even better offering.
