Intralot finished its contracts with bingo halls in Madrid
When sportsbooks entered in force in Madrid, Intralot was one of the licensees. The firm signed contracts with gambling venues and suscribed different operating conditions.
Due to a strategic decision and according to ASEJU (Association of Gaming Businessmen) sources, two months ago the corners of Intralot were banned in Madrid, however, gambling halls are maintained and the operation in their own places keeps on with positive results.
The disengagement with the casinos has been subject to certain diferences between the company and the casino operators, which have started to disagree in many issues. The interpretations of the contract have generated a kind of tension but an agreement in principle has been reached.
“There is a predisposition on both parties. The result will be positive both for Intralot and the bingo halls. A half-way point has been reached in the breaking of the commercial relationship", said sources of Intralot.
