Argentina: New City Center Rosario received more than 110,000 people
Rosario waited 45 years to have a casino in the city. Since last Thirsday 15th, the complex was, in several occasions, full of public that visited the impressive construction and gambled in the blackjack and poker tables, played some chips in the roulette or had fun in some of the 2,000 slots.
Sources of City Center Rosario pointed that not just people from Rosario assisted to the event, but also tourists from different parts of the country and even from abroad.
Singers “El Puma” Rodríguez and Luciano Pereyra performed a show held in Jarana bar and was transmitted live through all the audiovidual system of the complex and in the high-definition screen of 6.5 x 4 metres. The five-star hotel also had a great demand during the week-end, receiving national and international guests.
The schedule of congresses and conventions also shows the interest of the public, because there are activities planned until 2011. Organizers assured that City Center will become the “new destination in the tourism dedicated to business meetings”.
