What products did you present in SAGSE Buenos Aires?
Continuing with the products with which our company Suzo Happ is well-known in Latin America, in the provision of inputs and generic spare parts for the gaming and entertainment industry, this year we presented new technologies of the company Future Logic, with its PromoNet system.

Besides, new products such as CouponExpress and TableXchange, and GEN2, Universal printer, which is the latest in bar-code printers for the gaming industry. Besides, we also presented the high range of cylinders for roulettes for the English company Cammegh Ltd, which, in my opinion, are excellent and with an admirable technology. And finally, and maybe our star product this year, the signages we assemble in the free trade zone of Montevideo, in joint venture with the Dutch firm S4U. I think this latest business unit is the one that brought us more satisfaction this year.

We have seen how our customer admire the quality and service of our products, and in a way, we are very proud of them. Not only because it was a challenge to enter in an assemble, but also because the customer valued our effort to get to a superior signage.

How did you see this latest edition of SAGSE Buenos Aires?
With regards to the event SAGSE 2009, it honestly exceded my personal expectations. After nine years working in this industry, I thought that with the international recession and the instability of the markets, not many companies were going to bet in an Argentine event so strongly.

I was amazed by the quality of the booths and by the fact that the presentation of all the companies of the sector had been equally strong, which, in my view, means that the Latin American region is important for the worldwide gaming industry. In this industry, one expects that the territory in which one works grows, is competitive and finalyy, that big companies invest in it. I believe all these characteristics have been presented in this event, which I think is positive for the future market growth. The quality of the public that assisted was interesting, not only from Argentina, but also from many countries of the region, like Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, to mention customers that have visited us this year.
