The closure covers the part of the inquiry relating to adoption of precautionary measures to ensure access for other operators to Sisal's online network for the game, it said.

The decision takes account of Sisal's notification of some measures taken to allow for the rapid link-up of those requesting online access, it said. Two companies - Gioco Digitale Italia Srl and Giochi24 Srl - were hooked up to the network in September, it said.
