“City Center Rosario will be largest entertainment center of South America”

This mega complex is comprised by three areas that combine entertainment, pleasure and business for all ages, with the highest standards of service and quality. The complex has a casino with state-of-the-art technology, a five-star hotel and a convention center.

It will also offer commercial stores, a wide offer of restaurants, a beauty saloon, a center of tourist information, banking services, an entertainment area and children games with a baby-sitting service (City Kids) and bowling, among other attractions. 

City Center Rosario is located in the surroundings of the City of Rosario. It comprises a surface of 135,000 sqm, in a 7-hectare facility and counts with parking space for 2,100 cars
from where to enter to the complex with scalators and elevators. “Its architectonical style combines comfort with a modern style, in harmony with nature,” assured the organizers.

The casino, located in the Southern part of the complex, has three levels with more than 2,000 latest-generations slots with TITO systems, 80 table games, an exclusive 
Poker Room, a VIP area with independent access, a bingo hall with room for 300 persons, five bars with different proposals and a central stage where to enjoy live shows during different days of the week.

The five-star hotel Pullman belongs to the famous French chain and is the first of the brand to inaugurate in the American continent. It has 188 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, fitness & spa, swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, aerobic circuit and everything the guest needs to enjoy. It also has a business center with the latest technology in communication.

Parana Convention Center is the only one that complements with a five-star hotel of an international chain in the same complex.

In total, Parana Convention Center and its 6 annex rooms may host approximately 2,500 people simultaneously. The center has a wide offer of services as a registration area, a surveillance system, latest generation technical equipment, booths for simultaneous translation, wi-fi free in the whole complex, video conference, area of touristic report, customer attention and gastronomic variety.

It also has an office for tourist information, commercial stores, a sector for temporary exhibitions, a city kids, bowling, different restaurants and a convention center with nine halls.

The development was created by Casino Club S.A., an Argentine company created in Comodoro Rivadavia in 1991. It inaugurated its first casino in the city in 1992, having obtained a public tender, and now has the biggest chain of casinos and slot halls in Latin America.
