"We believe upholding tradition and a commitment to innovation go hand in hand, which is why we're so excited to add PokerPro to this property," said Paul Burns, Category Manager for Atlantic Lottery Corporation. "Poker players will find a great environment to enjoy playing PokerPro at Red Shores at Summerside Raceway."
This Summerside property opened Friday, August 14th, and is the third installation of PokerPro with the Atlantic Lottery Corporation in less than a month. The first two trial installations occurred at Coaster's properties in New Brunswick, at Legends Bar and Grille in Saint John and Dooly's Elmwood in Moncton. Both sites opened Friday, July 17th.
In addition to the two PokerPro tables, Red Shores at Summerside Raceway offers harness racing and 40 slots, alongside PRO LINE sports betting and other traditional lottery products.
Since 1976, Atlantic Lottery Corporation has managed the gaming business on behalf of the governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island.
