What it ISMS exhibiting at ELA show and which was the feedback you received from visitors?
It is important for our company to exhibit at the Mexican show, because we do not consider the Mexican show as an event just for Mexico. Our company sees this show as  an important show in the region, and with a lot of our clients being from Central America and from the Caribbean islands. It is important for us to be here to display our products. We have a lot of refurbished inventory that we have in our stock that we are currently marketing and selling into Central America, and we are particulary focusing on the central America as whole.

Which are the main markets for your company in Central America?
We have a very important market at the moment in Central America. Here at the show we have a lot of our clients that are not operators in Mexico, but they are operators from the Caribbean Islands, Panama, Costa Rica, among others, and the show has been very good for us, so far. We have already closed a lot of business at the show, all of them with clients outside of Mexico. We are talking about 7 million dollars, and all of those customers from the first day of the show are from central America

This shows that the event was positive for ISMS…
Of course, And this is why we are here presenting our products. We are excited that we are carrying lot of late model-refurbished slot machines. It is a win-win situation for our clients and for us. All of the equipment that we have sold here at the show and all those clients that are outside of Mexico have all been machines that are mostly two years old.

We are seeing a shift, to be honest, in the used-slot machine demands from our clients. Now, the clients are demanding late -model machines at cheap prices which are company is positioned to supply. I think an important point for our company is that so many small operators (we are talking about small gaming rooms), cannot afford the latest machines, and pay a lot of money.

We can offer a good quality, a late model machine that brings good benefits to the new operator, and in two year’s time they will be able to afford to buy newer equipment from the manufacturers. So what we are offering is a stepping stone for new small operators that cannot afford buying new equipment. Once they purchase machines from us, in two year’s time they can afford to purchase newer equipment from the manufacturers, and that’s why our company has such a good relationship with all of the big manufacturers. Everything that we do, everything that we supply, is all above board. Not one of any of our machines that we supply to any of our clients has any issue with intellectual copyright.

The way we work with our products gives our clients the reassurance that they require, in terms that any machines they buy from us has a 100 % authentic both in hardware and in sotfware. And they are not going to have any problems in terms of copyright. We only supply totally original machines and original software. So our clients trust in dealing with us because they know they are buying original products for a good price.

Finally, are you planning to go to another show in Latin America this year?
Yes. Our company will be at the Peruvian show in Lima in August and, two days after the Peru show, I will be in Sydney, Australia. Then, we will also be at the show in Buenos Aires in September and Las Vegas in November.
