The next Lottery Worldwide Congress to be held in Chile

The Chilean lottery, Polla Chilena de Beneficencia, that will be the host of the event, informed that the issue of the congress will be “A new world,” because it fits in many ways the sense of this meeting: not only Chile is a country from the “new world” but also the lottery industry, due to the new challenges and the environment.

“The local organizer team, with the support of WLA and Cibelae, is making its best efforts in order to offer a high-level summit, with an interesting program which results in the development and prestige of the lottery industry,” commented Verónica Montellano, president of the Polla Chilena de Beneficencia.

Besides, the Association of Lotteries, Pools and Casinos of Argentina (ALEA), through its international participation as second vicepresident of Cibelae, informed that, within the tentative program, there are the following talks and conferences scheduled: “The game in time of crisis in the Latin American environment,” “Business challenges in Latin America,” “Capital laundering and security,” “Sales lottery management,” “Prevention of capital laundering and fund of terrorism in the EU,” “Marketing and consumer fidelity,” “Development of products and channels for a new generation of players,” “Trends and behaviour of consumers,”, “How to develop a responsible advertisement,” “Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming,” among other issues.
