(Russia).- Russian casino operators closed this month by the government are saying they will look to European areas to relocate their casino businesses, rather than move to the designated zones being set up by the Russian government.

Lack of infrastructure and desolate sites picked by the Russian government are causing casino owners to look into other places like Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, and other countries as the new Locations for their businesses.

Russian gaming operators believe it would be easier and less time consuming for their existing customer base to travel outside of Russia, rather than make their way to Siberia or the Pacific Coast near the border of China.

Montenegro is a good example of what the exiled gaming operators are looking for; a politically stable area, with good Russian relations.
