Codere Group analyzed the most profitable strategic alliances

The third edition of theGaming Executive Summit took place in Hotel Eurostars Madrid Tower, last July, 7 to 9.

During this edition, the summit was useful in order to analyze the global state of gaming, with updates on the industry in Asia and Latin America, to discuss how regulators and operators may work together successfully and to treat tour big issues focused in lotteries, sportsbooks, traditional and online gaming.

Fernando Ors, Director of Business Development of Codere, focused its intervention in analyzing which are the best strategies to develop alliances that take advantage of the strengths among gaming operators in the physical and in the online world.

In its conclusions, Ors pointed that “the brick & click strategies, those that combine the physical and online business, are the most profitable for the gaming companies. This type of strategic alliances has just started and in future years we will see their scope.”

To conclude, the Director of Business Development of Codere presented the firm that represents them as “the best posible partner for any company of the gaming sector that wishes to develop its business in different varieties, products and channels in America.”

Within the program of conferences, important directors were present, such as Franz Wohlfahrt (CEO of Novomatic Holding), Norbert Teufelberger (Co-CEO of Bwin), Sven Boinet (CEO of Group Lucien Barriere), Gigi Levy (CEO of 888. Holdings), David Royo (CFO of CIRSA), Jim Ryan (CEO of Partygaming) Tom Hall (Executive VP and CEO of Asia Logic), among others.

Besides, Codere was the host, offering a reception to all the participants for show them the place Victoria of Bingo Canoe, the first traditional sportsbooks center in Spain, that opened in 2008.
