Codere opened the first venue of Crown Casinos chain in Colombia

Almost 500 special guests were present, last Wednesday night, in the new venue that Codere Group inaugurated in Bogota. Previously there was an online casino there, also owned by the Spanish firm, but under the brand Mundo Fortuna Palatino.

On behalf of the firm, there were present, among others, Beatrice Rangel, President of Codere Colombia and Argentina; Arturo González, General Director of Codere Colombia; Diego Navarro, Director of business lines of Codere Colombia, as well as directors Antonio Sabaj and Enrique Bermejo.

This new venue is the first in Colombia under the brand Crown Casinos, although directors of the Spanish firm have anticipated that they will be opening the second venue in the city of Cali very soon.

According to the company, around us$ 5 million were invested for the development of the new gambling venue, in charge of architects Sandra Londoño and Aldiber Castañeda. The casino has a total surface of 1,250 sqm and counts with 14 table games, 130 slots and 15 bingo places.

Codere currently has more than 6,000 recreational machines in Colombia, and operated bingo halls and casinos. Its presence expands in more than 130 councils in the whole country; among them: Bogota, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Medellin, Pasto, Cali, Ibague, Bucaramanga, Monteria, Valledupar, Pereira, Santa Marta, Tunja and Villavicencio.
