(Colombia).- A report from Etesa revealed that 14,000 slots operate illegally in the country and generate losses for 11,452,221 in resources for health sector.

The former president of Etesa, Mery Luz Londoño, revealed that illegal operation of slots generated a loss of us$ 11,452,221 in the Colombian health system in 2008.
She estimated that, in the country, there are almost 14,000 illegal slots. This illegal operation is concentrated in small commercial centers located in popular neighborhoods.
