The fine comes on the heels of two instances where state police found the underage gamblers. The first involved a 20 year old who was playing slots for more than an hour. The second case was an 18 year old who cashed in a winning ticket voucher after playing slots.

The two underage gamblers were both issued trespassing tickets, and there have been casino employees that were disciplined because of the incidents. One of the employees involved with not stopping the minors from gambling has been fired.

This is not the first time Philadelphia Park has dealt with these type of issues. Last year, they were fined us$ 18,000 for allowing children on the gaming floor. It has become an area of focus for the Gaming Control Board.
