Ingram will report directly to Multimedia’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Mick Roemer. He joins Multimedia Games with 18 years of gaming industry executive experience including twelve years as a Senior Account Executive at IGT, the industry’s largest equipment supplier, and three years as an executive at Harrah’s Entertainment responsible for slot procurement, management and development.

In her new position, Ingram will initially lead Multimedia’s strategies to build market share at California Native American casinos. Ingram and Roemer will also serve as key conduits with industry input for Multimedia’s Class III development teams. In addition, she will be involved with the development and training of the Company’s sales team.

“Multimedia has developed an exciting portfolio of products that specifically address newer and growing segments of the slot floor,” said Mick Roemer. “As an accomplished sales executive and proven manager of slot product strategy on the operator side, Randi has the perfect blend of skills to play a successful role in Multimedia’s expansion in traditional Class III markets. Randi will initially lead the Company’s Class III sales initiatives in the California Native American market where Multimedia has established relationships with tribal gaming operators as a result of the Company’s role as a Class II gaming supplier.

Randi’s deep knowledge of slot technologies and consumer preferences will also be valuable as we further the development of our product portfolio and build a sales team that will focus on expanding our presence in new gaming jurisdictions.”

From 2005 – 2008, Randi Ingram was VP of Game Development and Slot Product Strategy at Harrah’s Entertainment during which time she negotiated all of Harrah’s National Purchase and Lease agreements for slot machines and other casino equipment. Ingram led Harrah’s efforts to analyze the potential short- and long-term benefits to be derived from a broad range of server-based gaming technologies, including the establishment of a test site for their first corporate installation of a server-based system and associated equipment.

Randi Ingram commented on her appointment, “With new, innovative products and a new business focus, Multimedia Games is at a very exciting point in its development as a supplier of gaming products to traditional gaming markets. I am delighted to join Mick and the rest of the team at this time as there are many opportunities to increase our presence in these markets with products that address niche areas of the slot floor and which out-perform house averages. I look forward to contributing to Multimedia’s near- and long-term growth.”
