Tabcorp Ltd. has filed a claim in the Federal Court of Australia alleging that Sportsbet, an online sports book in Australia’s Northern Territory, replicated some of the gambling operator’s information, according to The Australian.

The newspaper reported on Thursday that Nick Tyshing, Sportsbet’s director, said that his company would “vigorously defend the case.”

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Sportsbet believes Tabcorp surrendered the information copyright under its New South Wales government license.
