(Russia).- At the end of 2008, Russian company Alsart sold over 5000 used slot-machines of key world producers, considering that nowadays the governmental policy in the country is unstable and unpredictable regarding gambling business.

Next July 1st, 2009, all casinos will have to move to four gambling zones. Russian gambling business will be officially closed and, according to it, operators sell residual equipment.
“Today, according to closing of many casinos, the number of equipment off-operating is over tens of thousands. Our task is to collect it from different regions of Russia, to renew and offer it to our clients. Mainly there are popular models (2005-2007) of key world producers. According to our information, the newest equipment today is WMS, Aristocrat, IGT and the most active customers are Latin American, African and Asian countries”, a press release of the company stated.
