LAPT gearing up for fourth event in Uruguay

Punta del Este hosted the PokerStars LAPT Season One Grand Final. The magnificent venue lies alongside the most beautiful beaches and vistas and is considered to be the Crown Jewel of South America. Players will have the opportunity to compete against some of the world’s top players including Team PokerStars pros Andre Akkari, Alexandre Gomes, J.C Alverado, Humberto Brenes, and Victor Ramdin.

Players can win their seat to the event on PokerStars with satellites running for as little as us$ 0.25 or 250 FPP points or, buy directly into the tournament for us$ 3,500 + us$ 200. Players can also qualify via the live satellite running at the casino the night before the main event from 9:30pm to 1:00am. There is expected to be a field of over 300 players, with a second chance event starting on March 19, 2009 for us$ 1,020 + us$ 80.
