ETESA calls to a tender to operate a new game in Colombia

ETESA is interested in receiving proposals for the gaming operation of a game in the style of Lotto online, classified as MINI LOTO, with a matrix 5/28, in the whole country, online and real time, via a estate tender contract in the terms of Law 643 in 2001, Law 80 of 1993 and Law 1150 of 2007 and its regulatory decrees, which is a games of chance modality where a player, through a ticket issued by the operator, chooses or indicates his preferred numbers in a draw to be performed in a especial date, and, it the game results are equal, he will will a jackpot in money, according to the rules of agreement 006, in 2005, of the National Games of Chance Council.

The reception of the projects will start March 2nd and will conclude April 27th, while the evaluation of proposals will be performed between April 30th and May 12th, 2009. The tender audience will be held next June 4th, at 15,00 and the subscription to the contract will be June 5 to 25.

The documents will have no cost, because they may be downloaded from the webpage of the entity (http://www.etesa.gov.co/contratacion/documentos/PrPlie_LP12009.pdf), from the opening of the current Public Tender.

Subscribers must refer and be subject to all and each of the points named in this specifications and its technical attached list and adjust the offer at least to the type of gaming approved by the National Games of Chance Council in Agreement 006 in 2005.

ETESA announced that it will let participants of the audience speak, previous presentations of the queries in written, the entity will answer all the queries or petitions, or at the moment of the audience, or after the audience, via written communications.

The entity may limit the use of the time of each intervention by the candidates and will manage and moderate the audience.

The audience will be held in the Hall of the Council of ETESA Presidency, located in Avenue 15#103-37, Floor 5º; the queries of the interested people may be sent previously or presented directly to the audience.

According to Etesa, personal or telephone queries will not be attended. Just will be valid the statements subscribed by ETESA Presidency or by whom it delegates, published in the page, and may be sent by fax.

The issuance of the answers to the representative authorized by the candidate, should be considered as performed to the candidate itself. Claims will not be accepted on this matter, motivated by the lack of reception of the answers brought by ETESA.

With the presentation of the proposal, it will be considered that the candidate knows and accepts the total of the document and notes performed.
