Jingoli, previously AGEM’s Treasurer, will serve a two-year term. One-year terms were also approved for: Vice President Orrin Edidin (President, WMS), Treasurer Mark Lerner (Senior VP and General Counsel, Bally Technologies), Secretary Seamus McGill (Chief Operating Officer, Aristocrat Americas) and General Counsel Neil H. Friedman (Associate General Counsel, IGT).

“I am honored to take over as AGEM’s President during a time of dynamic growth and expansion within the organization,” Jingoli said. “It’s interesting to have the ‘big five’ slot companies represented among the AGEM Officers, but we are all absolutely committed to working with all of members to further the interests of all gaming suppliers around the world.”

AGEM’s Board of Directors also approved the membership of Las Vegas-based Global Gaming Group (G3), a game content designer, bringing the AGEM membership total to 68. “AGEM had 32 members just 10 months ago, so we have new companies and new ideas flowing in from all four corners of the globe. It’s an exciting time, and I look forward to working hard to ensure that AGEM will continue to provide value to its members and the industry as a whole,” Jingoli said.

AGEM is an international trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, systems, table games, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
